How does Pro answer my cell?
You set up call forwarding from your cell to Saidee. The app walks you through it for your carrier and has you place a test call. Your number does not change, and Saidee answers the calls you miss.
What does Max add?
A business number you can publish, with Saidee answering it live and booking jobs on the call. It also adds texting with clients, your web request form and booking page, quotes with e-signing and deposits, invoices and card payments, review requests, timesheets, service plans, Books and QuickBooks Online sync.
What happens when the minutes run out?
Pro includes 200 live minutes a month, Max 500, and Team 1,000 plus 100 for each crew member. After that Saidee switches to smart voicemail: callers leave a message, you get a summary, and nothing is added to your bill. The count resets on your billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro, Max and Team are free for 7 days when you subscribe on the web at app.saidee.ai. A card is needed to start, and you are not charged if you cancel before the 7 days end.
What does it cost to take card payments?
Clients pay invoices and quote deposits by card through Stripe, at Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30 cents for a domestic online card). Saidee adds no fee on top. Card payments are on Max and Team.
Does Saidee work with QuickBooks?
Yes, on Max and Team. Saidee sends your customers, invoices, payments, refunds and time entries to QuickBooks Online, in Canada and the US.
How does Team work?
Team is Max for your crew: C$349.99 a month plus C$35 for each crew member, up to 20. Each crew member gets their own forwarding line, you dispatch jobs to them, and everyone shares one business number and the team's minutes.
Does it work with my carrier?
Saidee relies on call forwarding, which carriers handle in different ways. The app has you place a test call at the end of setup, so you can check it before you rely on it.
Can I move from Pro to Max later?
Yes. Upgrade from the app or the web dashboard when you want a business line and booking. Your calls, leads and contacts stay where they are.
What currency are the prices in?
Canadian dollars on this page. In the US, Pro is US$29 a month, Max US$129 and Team US$249 plus US$29 for each crew member. Checkout shows the price for your country.
Do I need the app?
Saidee is an iPhone app, and the same account works on the web dashboard at app.saidee.ai. Your callers do not need anything; they call your number as they always have.
